  • How many days before my event do I need to place my order?
    As a rule or thumb, for small orders and/or orders of 50 sticks or less, please allow at least 3 days for us to make your order. For orders of more than 50 sticks and/or large orders, please allow 7 days notice. You can always call us or send us an email if you aren't sure if your order is considered large or small or if you have special requests.
  • What information do you need from me about my event?
    In order to provide service, we need all general information about the event such as date, time, items ordering and/or number of people etc. We would also like to know if you want to pick up the food or have it dropped off. Also, please let us know if you need any modifications to your order, such as getting chicken bbq sticks instead of pork.
  • Do you need a deposit for my barbecue order?
    You may pay your whole check when you order or) You can pay half of your bill upon order (deposit), and then half the day before pickup.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, Venmo, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express).
  • Do you provide full-service catering?
    At this time, we do not provide full-service catering. We are a carry out or drop off only.
  • What is your delivery fee?
    Our delivery fee is $8 (within San Jose greater area)
  • Can you make other kinds of food, such as American, Taco Bar, Desert bar etc?"
    At this time, we do not. But if you have a special request, please contact us to see if we can provide what your looking for. Sometimes we're able to accomodate, especially when the request is barbecue-related.
  • What does 'Pinoy' mean?
    'Pinoy' means Filipino:)
  • Who is the Baby on your logo?
    The baby on our logo is our eldest daughter Janae:)
